Meet the Team
With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, I have built my career from the ground up, gaining hands-on experience across multiple trades before progressing into senior project and contracts management.
I began my career as a joiner, developing a strong practical understanding of construction, workmanship and the importance of delivering quality on site. I later expanded my trade experience through steel set out and industrial roofing, further strengthening my knowledge of different construction disciplines and how they come together to deliver a successful project.
Driven to develop my career further, I went on to university and completed my HNC and HND qualifications, which provided the foundation for my progression into project management and contracts management.
Over the years, I have managed a wide range of projects, specialising in turnkey construction, specialist fit-outs and multi-trade project delivery. My experience covers the complete project lifecycle, from planning and procurement through to coordinating subcontractors, managing programmes, budgets and site operations, and ultimately delivering projects to completion.
Having started out on the tools, I understand construction from both a practical and management perspective. This gives me a valuable understanding of what is required to deliver projects efficiently, safely and to a high standard, while also understanding the challenges faced by tradespeople and project teams on site.
Today, as Director of Hybrid Lab Contractors Limited, I bring together more than two decades of industry experience, technical knowledge and hands-on construction understanding to lead projects and provide clients with a professional, reliable and complete turnkey service.
My philosophy is straightforward: build strong relationships, employ the right people, manage every detail and deliver the project properly.
Katie Tindall brings over 20 years of experience within the finance sector, with a wealth of knowledge across credit control, accounts, reconciliations, payables and bookkeeping.
Katie began her career in credit control, progressing into broader accounts responsibilities and developing a strong understanding of financial processes and account management. Looking for a new challenge, she moved into the travel industry, where she took on roles involving financial reconciliation and accounts payable management.
During her time with the travel company, Katie was also involved in the relocation of financial services to Romania, giving her valuable experience in managing change, coordinating processes and working within a large-scale operational environment.
More recently, after becoming a mother, Katie chose to focus on bookkeeping, allowing her to maintain a healthy work-life balance while continuing to utilise her extensive financial experience.
As Finance Manager at Hybrid Lab Contractors Limited, Katie is responsible for keeping the company’s financial operations organised, accurate and running smoothly. Her experience, attention to detail and practical approach provide an important foundation for the company’s day-to-day financial management.
Katie combines 20+ years of financial experience with a calm, organised and reliable approach, making her an integral part of the Hybrid Lab Contractors team.
